The Clean Water, Clean Air, and Green Jobs Environmental Bond Act

On November 8, 2022, New Yorkers overwhelmingly approved a ballot proposition to invest $4.2 billion in environmental and community projects. State agencies, local governments, and partners can access funding to protect clean water, improve air quality, update infrastructure, build parks, expand renewable energy, and improve quality of life.

Bond Act Funding will support projects across the state to safeguard clean drinking water, reduce pollution, restore wildlife habitat, and protect communities from climate change.
